Working with Chrysa for 6 months was life changing. Going into my mid 40's I came to her to seek help in building the next chapter in my career. What I didn't expect is that I needed guidance in my personal life as well. Every session was therapeutic and eye opening. The homework she assigned during each session were relevant to push me forward, to get me to the place I needed to be and feel positive about the future outcome without pressure nor expectations.
